Diet Culture Rebel,

are you tired of dieting that "works" for a few months, but in the long run leaves you more obsessed, guilt-ridden & out of control with food? Are you desperate to feel better, even if it means NOT dieting?

Does any of this sound like you?

You are constantly thinking about food. At breakfast, you're thinking about what. you will eat at lunch, at lunch you're thinking about what you will eat at dinner & at dinner, you're thinking about what you will eat the next day. It's exhausting & controlling.

You commit to eating "good" but can't ever keep it up.

You've lost & regained weight more times than you'd care to admit.

You've never had a diagnosed eating issue, so you've never felt like your food struggles have been "bad enough" or valid enough to get support.

You oscillate between extremes of starving to stuffed.

You feel like a walking encyclopedia of calories, points or macros when it comes to food yet still "don't know how to eat."

You legitimately feel addicted to food.

No matter how much food is on your plate, you're cleaning it. #cleanplateclub

You feel guilty "indulging" in food you think is "bad."

You beat yourself up after eating saying things like, "you shouldn't have ate that" or "you ate way too much."

Whether you're happy or sad, celebrating or grieving, you turn to food out of emotion.

You are in constant comparisonitis, comparing that you eat & how you look to other people.

You sneak eat often when you're alone.

You've been on a diet or controlling your food for the majority of your life.

You eat "perfect" during the day but go bananas with food in the evening eat everything in sight & feel super guilty, embarrassed & ashamed for doing so.

You eat past fulness even when you know you are comfortably full.

It's hard for you to sense hunger until it's extreme.

You know dieting doesn't work longterm for you.

You genuinely care about your health and want to pursue health without it feeling restrictive or depriving.

You want to raise your kids or future kids to have a healthy relationship with food & not face the struggles you have with food and your body.

You're nervous to make a change, but you know you can't keep living the way you are around food. You know there is a better way and you desire more peace with food and your body.

Body Trust wins from Diet Culture Rebels who followed my framework!

#nomorequickfixes

This Trust Your Body Course is not a quick fix. It's not something that can be completed in 30 days with an outcome of a perfect relationship with food. If you're reading this, I'm guessing you've done quick fix programs that offer outcomes that are too-good to be true.

And what did you get? Some temporary "wins" & later on a worse relationship with food & your body.

This course is designed to help you create a longterm, healthy & sustainable relationship with food. Healing your relationship with food & rebuilding trust with your body does take TIME! But, unlike dieting where you eventually "fall off the wagon", creating a healthy relationship with food gets easier the longer you incorporate the framework that I teach in this course.

Not only can you implement the practices in this course as you go through it, but you can continue to implement the practices throughout your life to maintain a healthy relationship with food.

"I’ve learned to not overplay what I’m going to eat when I go out for food - if I want a salad, I get a salad; but if I want a cheeseburger & fries, I get a cheeseburger and fries. It’s amazing to not have to worry about food anymore."

Tammy

"My life had been ruled by food obsession, but not any more! Within a week, my thoughts were changing about food and now months later, I'm even more changed. Food is a beautiful part of my life, but it is NOT my life."

"I can focus on bigger goals outside of food!! How awesome is that? I have big things to accomplish and feeling at home in my skin without the mental fury of dieting, I have faith that I can accomplish all the things."

I eat pizza - when I feel like it - but most of the time, I prefer to eat a variety of nutritionally dense foods. ." -Zee

About the course creator:

I’m Bonnie Roney, Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, who helps people improve their relationship with food so they can eat without guilt, obsession or fear of losing control.

I spent a decade of my life trying to control every bite of food I ate through portion control, diets and rules like, “only eat one sweet a day.” Want to know what this “control” did for me? It made me more out of control around food. After going through repeat phases of restriction to out of control & compulsive overeating, I began exploring ways to stop this madness and rebuild trust with my body.

Through lots of trial and error, a college degree in Dietetics and investments in lots of professional resources later, I learned the secrets to rebuilding trust with my body. Spoiler alert: going on another diet did NOT help me do this!

Ditching dieting, rebuilding trust with my body & reconnecting with my inner Intuitive Eater (we were ALL born Intuitive Eaters) helped me finally make peace with food for GOOD.

By incorporating the practices I've outlined in this Trust Your Body Course, you too can learn how to rebuild trust with your body so you can enjoy food again and eat without guilt, obsession or fear of losing control.
